You just have to select the model you are interested in among those that are available here TEST RACKETS, once you have selected the padel racket you want to try, you must follow a few simple steps to be able to enjoy it within a delivery period of 24 / 48h.

1st Choose the test padel racket

Find the padel racket you want to try among those that we have available. 2º Pay the test padel racket

Once you have chosen the padel racket you must make the payment as if it were a purchase, it is a deposit to ensure that you return the padel racket, as soon as you return it we will refund the money less expenses. We do not refund the amount of payment or shipping fees.

3rd We send the test padel padel

Once the payment is made, we will send the padel racket immediately if we have it available. It is important to save the packaging so that you can return it in the same condition that you received it.

4th padel racket tests

You have one week to test it, 7 calendar days from when we send it. If you buy it on a Monday, you have until the following Monday to try it and return it.

If you want you can return it before, call us by phone and tell us if you keep it or return it.

5th You decide if you keep it or return it

If you decide to keep the padel racket, we will collect it for you and send you a new one, sealed. The cost for peninsular Spain is free.

If you decide to return it, we will refund the amount of the padel racket except shipping costs, prices including VAT.

6th If you don't return it

In the event that the blade is not returned, due to loss or breakage (other than due to a factory defect or the responsibility of the carrier), 100% of the sale price of the blade must be paid. If you return the test padel later than the established day, you will be charged € 3 per padel per day. If the delay in the return exceeds 7 days from the day set for the return and you have not contacted us, then we will understand that you want to keep the test padel racket, so the refund of the amount initially delivered will not be made as a deposit, nor will there be the possibility of claim.
