The products purchased will be delivered to the address indicated in the order.

The purchase tickets will be sent to the email address indicated by the client in their registration in the PadelAndHelp online store and they can also be consulted in the registration account created by the client in the PadelAndHelp online store.

There will be no delivery or delivery of orders on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

The delivery will be made punctually under the responsibility of the carrier.

An order is considered delivered at the time the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt. It is up to the customer to check the status of the goods upon receipt and indicate any anomalies on the delivery receipt.

The price of shipments is 3.95 € VAT INCLUDED for purchases below 55 € VAT INCLUDED, being free for purchases over € 55, these prices are for shipments to mainland Spain, in case the order does not reach € 30 a surcharge of € 4 will be charged for packaging and management.

For the Balearic Islands the price of the shipments will be 3.95 € VAT INCLUDED for orders over 55 €.

For Portugal the price of shipments will be 3.95 € VAT INCLUDED for orders over € 55.

For the Canary Islands the shipping prices vary depending on the total amount of the order, the final price has been calculated so that VAT discount, is an operation exempt from VAT for export.

SHIPMENTS TO EUROPE

We ship to Europe by Express mail taking around 2-3 days.

We ship to Europe economically by SPRING GLOBAL DELIVERY taking around 6-10 days to make the delivery

Shipping rates vary depending on the destination and amount of the order. The higher the amount, the shipping can be free.
